Automated platform composed of JANUS Varispan and JANUS MDT pipettors (Perkin Elmer) and ImageXpress Micro fluorescence microscope (Molecular Devices). The liquid handling system has two pipettors: JANUS Varispan (capable of pipetting up to 1 ml with 4 independent tips) and Janus MDT (capable of pipetting up to 235 ml with a modular head of 96 tips to feed 96, 384 or 1,536 microplates wells). These pipettors have an automatic feeding system with a capacity of 50 microplates. Even these equipment are within positive pressure flow which ensures a suitable environment.
